We stuff them with the best stuff! We never cut corners with our olives, you can tell by the uniform shape, color and size. The olives used for stuffing are purchased from Greek family farmers. We have longstanding relationships with the best growers and get the highest quality from each crop. Our stuffed olives use only extra-large Greek Halkidiki olives to allow more room to pack the cheesy goodness inside. Mezzetta olives are stuffed at our Napa Valley Facility. We source the filling from Wisconsin the cheese capital of the United States. Our V.P. of Production is a native “cheese-head” and inspects and approves each batch of cheese stuffed olives.
